12" fullrange driver identification

Hello,
For years I thought I'm a good researcher, but it's time to give up. And the delinquents are at attached pictures.

My friend bought speakers, probably German made with those, and they're great fullrange. We tried comparable identification with Philips ADs, and many many more, but we can't recognize the manufacturer. It could be PA speaker, or guitar speaker, don't now.
Could you look at pictures, and give any advice or hint, if you've ever seen such drivers, what are those?

It's a whizzer cone with concertina surround ,so will be a general PA voice-range speaker, not hifi or guitar. Looks german/scandanavian, possibly Dynacord? They use to use a 'ribbed' chassis like that. It looks old, 1970's era?

Thank you for your hint. I didn't find any Dynacords look like these.
Yes, driver problably is from late 70s, speakers were made in first half of 80s in Germany - thats for sure.
I've got hint from FAHEY constructor that cone looks like made by Kurt Muller.
