I've been offered a "job lot" of gear from someone here - the most interesting thing being a Dynacord LX 2200.

I know that Dynacord is generally a good/reliable make, but was just wondering if anyone had any experience of this amp, ie any good for 2 ohm bass for 24 hour sessions!!   LOL

Ta.

Haha, yes - I don't actually expect it to do 2 ohm bass for any heavy sessions!  Smile

Reliability is more important for me. I was just wondering if there were any known issues with the amp. It does somet¡mes happen - even with a decent brand like Dynacord. I've seen some crazy electronics on the xovers in their (passive) cabs.   Shocked

Dynacord and their EV-badged equivalents are very reliable but they dont tolerate dirt and damp, especially when it's combined in the same amp.

I've actually already found someone that wants to take it off my hands - so may never get to use it in anger. It thus becomes someone else's problem!  LOL
