By quickly putting it together, it must have been something like this. as small rear and throat chambers as can be and thus a long for par of the horn to get to 60hz. |

If I would be building something new from scratch, If you are satisfied with an 80 hz extension, I would build something like this, that looks good wihtout filters too |

To get a nice freq response from 60Hz, you would need quite a few boxes to match the subs. because you need to get it flat from at least about 50Hz to 100Hz
