Goal is best SPL per volume with reasonable sensitivity. Front profile of the cabinet should be close to square shape.

E.g. something like:

Would RCF LF21N451 work well in such cabinet?

Thanks a lot!

I don't see the purpose of such a quad 21. (that youtube channel is mostly BS btw.)
Something like the skhorn from Josh Ricci would make more sense (build two, and you have 4x21 Wink).
The LF21N451 would also not be my first choice for such applications. SAN215.30, 21DS115, SAN214.50, NSW6021, 21NTLW5000, 21NLW9601, 21SW152 etc are driver to look at.

the RCF driver works quite well with two in a 450L enclosure. think the 451 may be discontinued now though and there is the 551 instead.

@snowflake

The 551 is the discontinued one. A good alternative for the 551 is the san215.30.

the la voce drivers do look as good as the competition. now being distributed by bishopsound in the UK and the prices aren't much more than rcf or b&c equivalent. 18sound drivers don't seem worth the extra expense to me, but the eminence driver is obviously capable of a lot more output if you have the money.
