You can perfectly use a LR as a lowpass filter just move it a bit higher up.
Same goes for the HPF, just because the response drops of at 60Hz does not mean you want a 60Hz HPF. For any sub, I normally want the extra excursion max below tuning to maximise cooling due to VC movement. Maybe try something like 45Hz BW 24dB and add some gain or EQ to even it out.

when your bass section is only playing one octave the HPF is going to produce significant phase shift at the low pass frequency. So apply the HPF to the input signal before splitting it with LPF and HPF at about 100Hz. That way the summation of the two sections will not be affected by changes to the system HPF.
I think you can use an 18dB or greater HPF slope with a tapped horn. a 2nd or 3rd order filter might be enough for the LPF |

Firstly I found Martinsons own hornresp data to be not as accurate as possible, these are my sketch dimensions - heights in the unfolded sketch multiply by 3.2 for square cm

the modded dimensions above give this input data for hornresp Which is not far from your measurement response. The filter wizard is used - a 38hz 4th order butterworth looks OK The filter is turned on and the response looks like this |
