hi guy's
i'm having a bit of a mare at the mo and hope someone can point me in the right direction??

we have just built 4x21" scoops and need some mid tops to sit on top!?

we have 4x15" mckenzie drivers and 2(at the mo thinking of getting 2 more?!)x1.4" oberton cd drivers with horns to go in whatever we build.

does anyone have any plans that could accommodate these drivers, if you do it would be much apprieciated as we are pretty new to the building thing and could do with pointing in the right direction?!

we have 2 qsc rmx 2450's to drive what ever mid top cabs we build so might consider buying some 12's to go in as well like some of the selenium cabs.

hope you guy's can help??
cheers!

without good foundation you have nothing!!

If you wanted to use what you've got, you could just build a pair of twin 15" + 1.4" boxes.  Would be quite loud and work ok on top of the scoops.

Its just a regular ported box bass reflex design, obtain the thiele small specs for your drivers then have a go at designing it yourself using winISD (a free program available at www.linearteam.dk

A lot of folks come on here and ask someone else to do the work for them, in reality its better to learn how to do it for yourself otherwise you go through life asking questions about topics you should know something about. Designing a reflex is really close to being childs play so its worth knowing how to do it for the future.

Im not saying no-one on here should help you, im pointing you in the right direction to be able to help yourself. Feel free to post screenshots of your attempt later on and we can critique it so you get some decent feedback. If you dont have the thiele small parameters for your drivers then you have a bit of a problem though.
