the jbls have a warmer sound to them, more suited to upper bass on a dub rig imo. armada have jbls we have 4 loaded with pd1550s, and the do sound f**king lush on top of subs( if anything, abit too hard and kickey), if these are used without subs (eg if you play srticlty teckno) crossed lower, so you get more out of the driver they sound even more amence. have never herd the jbl loaded ones with out subs crossed low and plying techno so cant comment on them. hope that is of some use to you. need some matching tops now eh? |

i had a couple of similar boxes from vmb...no sub but really good upper bass, i had to sell them for their massive weight!!!

thats exactly what they look like. Does anyone know how these selenium bins compare to the HD215's???? I've narrowed my kick bin choices down to these two... |
