Im Just fitting the acces panels in my hd215s and all is well so far, all i need to do is choose some suitable bolts and decide upon a method of countersinking them neatly, im finding it difficult to find any nice ones (preferably black) on the internet, the only ones i have found were black allen key m6 bolts with countersunk heads which were pretty ideal for the job to be honest becasue as you tighten the bolt it sinks it flush to the surface but they were too short, they need to be about 36mm long a reckon the ones i found were 30mm, i tried them hopeing they might just bite the threat of the t-nut but to no avail.
So i need something that is either over 30mm long with a counter sunk head or something that is about 30mm with a normal head and a method of countersinking them (im think a jig to hold a rounter in position with a set depth to bore some holes?) |
