I layered the 186 side view over the 1850 side view and when i lowered the opacity, there were no differences in the horn angles.  I'm pretty sure the 186 and 1850 are the same horn with different chambers.

Pretty much solves it then.

A brilliant lesson in properties of different sized rear chambers for those doing simulations.

Thanks for that info djtecthreat, i thought i made a mess, i can continue making six more of 186 probably with sd 18.
