Add 10 cm (4 inch) to H. Moving the door and port up. This would add more than a cubic foot of air space. Adjust port L and try 40/35/30 Hz fb . Would this increase low bass output?

I was considering extending the front approximately 4 inches. It wouldn't give much in the way of added internal volume but it would extend and increase the size of the horn some.

My only concern would be that it may also lessen the maximum output by running out of xmax early.

You can get down to 30hz but the efficiency starts to drop dramatically. Max output is compromised as well.

Hi, Can you post your HR horn inputs. I am still trying to get more low bass out of this design. Thanx.

Hello and thank you for sharing all this knowledge, I am eager to build this design, although my speaker is not the right one for this box, but I would like to know if someone can help me modify what is necessary so that it works as well as possible in this box , is an EMINENCE Sigma-Pro 18A-2 DE 650w-RMS. This is the Thielle-Small. By the way Luthier I would love to be able to see those solidworks files to have them in my possession and better appreciate the work. Thank you very much in advance and the design of this Box is Beautiful. Successes !!!
