About 120Hz, but I dont like the sound over 100Hz. They reach 30Hz flat used in set of 4. Now we run the sub section at 6000watts each sub (100hz and less), 1000watts for each mid-bass section (15'') between 100hz and 250Hz, 1000watts each mid-hi section (the 10'') between 250hz and 1.2Khz, and 1.2Khz and over with 400watts on each 2'' driver. My probleme is that the mid bass section (the 15'') is always the first section to limit (we use soundweb 9088ii DSP). We can go 6-8db more on the sub section and the mid-hi section (10'') before to hit the limiter. That's my probleme, I whant more output in the 100-250Hz area, but without make the box bigger. Here came my idea of double 15'' manifold in the mouth area...

This maximises the path length and reduces the front chamber size - the front chamber acts as a low pass filter which can reduce top end response, but it can also smooth the low end response when made larger (the so-called bandpass horn such as the HD15 and Xtro).  The front chamber size can be quite critical - simulate for best results.

As for now, if I split as suggested by Deadbeat, the best I got is 108db (with 2 eminence Kappalite 3015), but with 100cm throat lenght, S1 325cm sqr (per 15'') and S2 3200cm sqr (box mouth), with exponential horn..( it seem I will have to fold the 2 15'' to the top of the box to accomodate the desired size...)
