Yet another load of cheap nonsense.
45 mins on the phone, two PC's, my laptop and customers PC. Two routers and a 105. Jumping through hoops, netsh commands, installing Firefox for the numpty bleeders. Its a transit issue (thanks for the terminolgy Toasty Ghost), we cant ping, we connect but there is no browsing. I have two of everything here you bloody robot!! blah, blah , blah. Oh, then I am sorry, I have never seen this before, he says. I will have to escalate it to level two. They will call you back, when I say? Somtime between Mon and Wed, you will need to be in!!!!!!!
Migrating customer to Fast (Zen would be fine I'm told) with the fault in tow.
Going to cost him more than his £15 quid with phone rummage, seems to now understand though. So add Supa (why cant they say Super) Net to my most hated.
