iv been given two 18 sound disigned boxes any iders if an other driver apart from 18 sound will work ie b&c fane pd turbomax

typical answer here would be work out it's volume, work out the port sizes, and stick all that into winisd.. then try putting in different drivers you have available?
or start comparing specs of recommended 18sound ones with others and find something similar.... |

Damn and I was hoping this had to do with 18sound boxes... Hey just get WIN ISD n build your own box using they're cool port flaring technique.

Yup, there are lots of drivers that will work in those cabs. Anything recommended for the G-Sub, the B&C Sub18 etc will work. That doesn't however mean that they'll all sound the same though.
The 18LW1400 is the most accurate and musical driver for 18" reflex boxes that I've heard but it comes down to personal preference. |
