P.Audio is nonexistent over on this side of the pond.  Any alternate drivers that will work in this cab?  Specifically a 15" with flat response to meet the comp?  Would getting a not so flat driver and using a 2" to cross it lower work?

Ceharden seems to like the B&C 15NW76. (15ndl76 and 15plb76 probably nearly as good).
If you can get 18 Sound 15nmb420. Though any 18 Sound with a 3" voice coil is probably ok.
JBL 2226 is more sub but has acceptable midrange. Old JBL E145 ok.

Don't really know the ins and outs of selenium but they might have something.
Can't really think what else you can get in the states that is decent.
Just thought of RCF but don't know model numbers.

A 2" comp will buy you an extra 500hz compared to a 1". Say 1.1-1.2khz vs 1.6-1.7khz for crossover frequency. That is not a lot when you think about it so using a 15" sub with peaky midrange is definitely a no go. Midbass 15" should be flat to at least 1.5khz. 2.0khz is nice.

A 1.4" will probably give you better performance above 10khz than a 2". If you use a wide dispersion horn 90x55 degree horn such as the ph3223 a 2" p.audio (i realise you can't get p.audio, but for example) there is less spl in the midrange 1khz to 8khz, so the really top end is not that far down with the 2" (say 2-3db down).
