Guys,

Anyone here built punishers? how much wadding do you use and what type? I normally use fibreglass loft insulation, but it's a bit tight in the back of the punisher so I'm not sure if it's a good idea.

Anyone?

I'm still in the middle of making mine, and dunno whether to put wadding in the chamber or not.As the chamber is quite small and wadding would block the vented pole piece behind the driver.I might put it on the sides of the chamber though, but when I've finished them will test it with and without wadding and see.
