@b3n - reminds me of an extremly large (but shall remain nameless) company I was working at last year.. except they had vax running on an emulated environment on a windows 2000 machine.. what an unstable pile of sh*t that was!!! (there was around 1200 servers doing this)

on yet another note who's running windows 7 now?! I keep reading nightmare stories.. but ive not had any issues so far!
