HEllo does someone has any idea what the best non frontloaded enclosure for a 12" is. It has to do 60 hz to 500 hz and has to be around 35 x 40 to 50 cm.

You mean non-frontloaded as in : hornloaded or 4th order bandpass or what ?

The broad range from 60 up to 500 excludes bandpass, so what else is there besides hornloading or/and BR ? In the size you like it to be, I can't see a horn working decent enough in that low region, would be too short in that size to work. Even a shorter horn with BR assist... doubt it. Also the need to bent the horn to get some length in that size is a big no-no for the higher region. Frontloading with straight BR tuning would do the trick easily. Somewhat less SPL than a horn, but not difficult to get it almost flat from 60 to 500.
