Probably Would I buy one? No For the money you can get an Enttec Open USB dongle which has been around longer, comes from a more recognized company, and might be worth reselling when you're done. Don't be lured in by the pretty pictures of the software, thats Freestyler which is a free download anyway, and is compatible with Enttec dongles. |

agree with norty, enttec dongles are much more likely to work with other software like the good old favorite Chamsys magic q....., this probably wont.

If you're serious about the lighting, get the Pro version.

Don't bother with the rubbish buy a pearl! If your business goes anywhere you will end up with one at some point!

I'd disagree. Go with the Enttec and start using MagicQ. If your business goes anywhere you could end up using an MQ desk just as likely these days. And as an affordable mid point, a PC wing and touch screen is a well featured setup. |

I've been using a Chamsys MQ200 lately, and it's the tits. The pixel mapper is very clever.

I have never used a MQ desk so i cannot comment on them, but pretty much every production company in the country carry Avo stock. To be fair it would be nice to get my hands on something different!
