Thought I should share this as it made me chuckle.
This was created to entertain me when I'm working in a boring, musicless office.  3.7v, no idea what driver, don't think phone speakers have t/s parameters.  Didn't model it in HORNRESP either!
Does, however, have the dual purpose of making whatever the phone plays alot louder, even a little bassier (to the small extent such a tiny speaker manages)!  Also means I can turn it down and listen to it all night at the same volume I used to and not run out of battery!

extra bracing for strength!  With "volume button labels"

See through "screen protector"!

indeterminate horn length and mouth circumference provide (not much at all really, but some) extra bass!
I think I'm in love with your mum.

You can get a moulded plastic stand for the iPhone that incorporates a kind of horn/waveguide structure. Surprised more mfrs don't do it!

If it's got wheels or tits it's gonna cost a fortune

haha, comical! Love it!! Talk about an efficient, low cost solution to office entertainment.
Might give it a go, what grade paper would you recommend? Or does a low expense printer paper suffice? LOL

I reckon 240gsm laser should do a decent job. Or you could ply several 80gsm standard ones?
