How's this for a more compact system? Thats the MHT-30 12" tapped horn discussed in the building section. (current CV horns on the right) (to scale) Edited by djstefanos - 24 May 2010 at 1:37pm |

About TH115 Danley: it's a 4 Ohms measured with 28,3volts/10 meters equivalent to 2,83 volts/1 meter.
So remove 3dB from sensivity. It's not 106 but 103dB 1w/1m (2 volts, not 2, 83) and it is more realistic ! http://www.danleysoundlabs.com/pdf/TH%20115%20Spec%20Sheet.PDF Edited by SebP - 24 May 2010 at 11:12pm |

I assumeb that the TH115 had an 8ohm nominal driver in it with a Re of about 5ohm. weird that they would say it is 4ohm nominal when the impedance is well over 5ohms for most of the 40-80Hz range.
