There's several forum threads on this matter. DO A SEARCH for OLDER than 6 month threads!

You have to caltculate the lenght to get the delay, Let's say you have subs+hd15+mt122 and they're all stacked so the fronts flush. looking at your stack from the side delay is easy ton calculate:

subs: no delay
hd15: sub lenght minus hd15 lenght
12": sub lenght minus 12" horn lenght
2": sub lenght minus cd-horn lenght

Now all the waves will be alligned when leaving the stack, but notice the heigh of the ear copared to the stack, -that's also a thing to consider in big (tall) stacks!

Another way to do it is by listening: play a freq in x-over area, turn the delay button until the two cabs plays the most uniform, do this for all cab x-overs.
