Hi! !

I was hopping you tell me if this driver could work on HD15

http://www.dasaudio.com/speakers/_files/hojastecnicas/te15lm -00.pdf    it´s the DAS 15LM  it has a EPB of 135

Why this??   because I already have 8 of these on 2x15 fullrange  and the bass sound good. Want to trade them to the HD15. Also is cheap here (around 60 dlrs)

I only need to reach 50hz or 63hz. Thinking on cutting the HD15 with the DAS on 350hz or something like that. Later I´m gonna make 10" tops.

Thanks for your input

P.S. Can you kill the Neet guy ??

350Hz? Very unlikely. The HD15 will do 180-200Hz with a higher BL driver. Higher frequencies than that can be squeazed out by EQing and such but they won't sound that good at all....

I've taken the HD15 to 254Hz without any noticeable dip.  Wasn't exactly pushing them though.

@ Andrew: I guess you are only talking about frequency response. Some other factors will go down above 200Hz. That is a matter of taste then..... well, kinda at least.

Yes, the plot of the HD15 is a bit like a bell curve, but I found that they are pretty flat at gentle levels, and I only had to take a couple of dB out around 125Hz to get a flat plot on the spectrum analyser.
