Surely the simplest way to check phase is to use a low test tone and see if the sum is louder than either on their own?

Found some time to have a closer inspection.

No network card as such.

PD152's indeed, all drivers seized solid, everything very dry and brittle but little sign of any carbon.

Recone kits seem scarce so all in a bit of a chore/bore..

Thats a real shame. It looked like an interesting cab to play with. As they are standard spec 152s, perhaps a sentimental sob story might be all that's needed for PD to make the recone kits for you?

Just stumbled across this recent thread when doing a bit of research.

Bought three Trace Elliot wedges off marketplace yesterday, they weren’t particularly expensive.

Drivers seem to be the same as whatever they were putting in guitar cabs at the time and an RCF HF driver. I think the letdown is the passive network really. No low pass on the 10”s and way too much HF.

Note interesting quirks; covered in green velvet and wired up with lawnmower cable….
