I don't know if it'd work, but I thought about using the entire back of
my van as an enclosure for a bandpass box, or maybe somehow making it a
t-line.. hmm....

Amp wise - DLS Ultimate A6 (1200w @ 1ohm)
ORION 1200D (1200w @ 1ohm)
ORION 2500D 2500W RMS - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ORION-2500D-2500W-RMS-5000W-PEAK_W0QQitemZ250033074696QQihZ015QQcategoryZ18797QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
The guy selling the above amp has won numerious trophies in sound offs.i remember seeing/hearing his MK3 Cortina(complete with pimp style hydraulics!) about 10 odd years ago at Earls Court. Can't remember what he was running but it sure was bassy.
The orion subs are also good.
Most car audio cabs are sealed.Don't know if a bandpass cab will sound good in a van though.
