i am making two HD15's. the recomended drivers are PD154's. should i use 8ohm or 16ohm? what is the difference. any sugestion of amp? (no other bins are being used)

perhaps this should be in the 'newbie' section (remember for next time)
 
to answer your question, an 8ohm driver will be easier to drive from the amp because as the impedance of the driver increases, the amount of power it receives from the amp becomes less. 
unless you have an amp which you want to use at 1200w/8ohm bridge and drive two 16ohm drivers in parallel, then i suggest you go for 8 ohm. drivers.

Infact,Id call the 8ohm driver a harder load - more amperes required,more heating effect in the amplifier.

no, i meant it will be easier to power 2 x 8 ohm drivers on your wallet....
not on the actual amp.
 
an amp powering 600wpc @ 8r will cost less than one powering 600wpc @ 16r...

i would use 4ohm if i only had two bins. easier to power.
