I came across these links at the DancehallReggae.com forums. Two parts of a film that features a soundclash between Lloyd Coxone and Young Lion. The quality isn't great but it's a good watch all the same:

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=KXNKCE29 238 mb

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ZIC5JZZ5 168 mb

You type in the code top right then wait for the instruction to download.

Has anyone else come across this before, it doesn't look like a made for TV thing.
