HI,

I'm looking at using the BMS 12N803 for a pair of high power 12" Full range. Bass Box Pro is showing that a 14Ltr cabinet is the optimum, is this correct it seems quite small for this type of driver? Would the B&C F122AN cabinet with adjusted port be a option?

Thanks
Jake

Just design your own cab, if you need a bit of help just ask.

Hi,

I have and it came up with a 14ltr box, which seems a bit small.

Thanks

OK have a look at 35L tuned to 65hz, you will need at least a port area equivalent to 2 x 4" tubes.

Does anyone have some experience with the 12N803? I plan on using it in a 50L cab tuned to 45-50 Hz ish. Other option would be the RCF MB12N405, but the BMS has more Xmax and is significantly lighter.

Crossover would be around 700 ish Hz.
