Also depends on how regular the work is. A one off freelance job would be more costly than if its a regular job.

if its a 'TMA' theatre, then its basically, minimum wage, plus time and a half or double time when working evenings/weekends, and then a whole different rate card (which works out at £20+/hr) for get-outs
