The only reasonable solution i can think of is to port the back chamber.

It looks interesting but don't you think port works only in inner field?

its been a few years since i asked this question. I'm run scoops and usually cut them around 70/80 hurts... running them up to 100/120 they sound crappy... the only solution i've found that works is to run a 15 between... so I scrapped my mt212s and moved to 15/12/2" enclosures.. damn things are way to heavy... i may just move to a single 15" / 2" cabinet...

I don't use MT122s but my mid horns have a similar low cutoff and I use them with (Faital Pro Loaded) 1850s. Ideally I would have more low extension for the 1850s, but I get no complaints on that. The kick is quite healthy.
