as they are pretty much tablets with call ability, i thought id post in here.
Decided i have to finally join the 21st century and get a smart phone at last. Don't really know what to get. I'm not spending a small fortune on the newest things so they are out - the S3 mini looked good but not for that kind of cash. Set budget at ~£150 - 02 network, NO contracts. Generally just want something with a semi decent battery, a screen which wont break, reliable 3g connection/wifi for pissing around on interweb, and a 3.5mm headphone jack for music. No iProducts either, can't be dealing with that fanboy shizz. |

http://www.carphonewarehouse.com/buy/SAMSUNG_GALAXY_ACE_2_O2PYG_WEB10 The above is on O2 PYG. One step below Galaxy S2. Have had it on O2 contract for approx 6x months, and still discovering new things to do with it. Video calls on Skype with it are sublime. When considering budget phones, be wary of phones with small screens, slow cpu, little memory, no front camera, no usb port, no flash. DON'T buy any accessories from Carphone WareThieves. Bought case pack from them for £14. Got superior product from eBay for £4. Edited by levyte357- - 05 February 2013 at 12:59pm |
