(York UK) Irie Vibes present RSD @ The Crescent

After an epic month of May which has seen us hosting a stage at the 
incredivle YO1 Festival, as well as hosting the award-winning Lady Lex, 
the indefatigable Dreadsquad and the heavy (maybe too heavy for the 
neightbours!) Northern Soundclash; we return to our home at Crescent 
WMC.

We are delighted to welcome with us the legendary RSD (2 
Kings, Tectonic, Punchdrunk, Earwax), also known as ROB SMITH of the 
famous SMITH & MIGHTY Soundsystem, who was last seen in these parts 
smashing up YO1 presents: Inside Out last year. Responsible for making 
Bristol the home of cutting edge bass music since the late 80's, his 
pioneering experimentation in UK Dub, Reggae, Drum&Bass and now 
Dubstep has made him as influential now as he has been for the last 25 
years. His versatility and selection makes for an incredible live show 
mixing between the freshest dubs and vintage classics. Always 
mind-blowing, do not miss!

We will also be welcoming our new man 
'pon di mic: DANE'JAH. This will be his first session in the Crescent as
 our resident alongside fellow resident selectors from Irie Vibes. Free 
food from Food Not Bombs and cheap drinks as standard. Get there early 
to avoid disappointment as all this is only £4 before 10pm and £5 after 
so is sure to be roadblock!

If that wasn't enough we also have an
 exclusive afterparty deal with Sub:Terranea who are hosting Christian 
Maiden at Mansion on the same night - an Irie Vibes stamp will will get 
you half price entry at Mansion till 3am!
