Hi
I would like to know if the new Porn Horn can be use as a skeleton.
The idea would be to hang the horn in a metal frame or fix the front of the horn to the frame and hang the speaker with chains or cables.
a drawing to understand my vision of the frame.

Thanks for any advices and sorry for my (poor) english.

With the forthcoming Porn Horn MkII you should have no problem having a skeleton frame, as it has its own integral rear chamber.  The MkI didn't have this chamber so would've made things a bit more complicated as you'd need to fabricate a rear chamber for it.

I was also wondering how much watts amplifiers should i use. How many watts the P.Audio can hold ???

Aluminium is lighter no doubt but you're gonna be using a small amount of metal so the weight difference shouldn't be material unless you're a weakling to begin with.

At last, i won't build it in a skeleton. I'll use birch plywood.
Does anyone know when the Horns (12" + 1") will be available ???

Now that the porn horns are supposed to be available, i can see on P.A.P. website that they are available complete ready build.
Can someone tell me if there is a passive Xover in the cabinet or is it build to be bi-amplified.
