Could it be that the customer is using long fixing screws to attached the power supply to a base and the screws are hitting the PCB board inside ?.

Under the screw terminals looks to be a 110/230V slider switch? Something in red?

Looks like they have drilled the case and used pop-rivets, and not the M3/M4 fixing locations provided by Meanwell

Yes you have it but you'll have to wait til lunchtime for the overhead view of my lunch.
Each psu had 2 6mm holes and pop rivets. The rivets went stright through the board in both places, one through the neutral mains track and the other through the IGBT feed to the switching transformer. Circuit totally obliterated. Amused they did it twice, an easy way to waste £400 |
