Hoping someone can help with my long running problem.
I have a mackie onyx 400f interface, into a windows 7 i7 quad with 32 gb ram. The problem I'm getting is crackling when playing back audio after a while.. Sometimes an hr. Sometimes 10 mins. I have texas instruments chipset. The only thing that stops it once started it resetting the buffer on the mackie software.. But then it happens again after a while. I've tried 3 different cables, and 2 different firewire cards to no avail. Hope someone can help. |

It may be caused by the incompatible chipsets as well.
Download Latencymon http://www.resplendence.com/latencymon and see what actually is causing the issue. Sometimes it is wireless network driver causing the issue. That Latencymon will give some answers what to do next. |
