You can see the slightly off centre phase plug due to the slipped magnet on the KR10 and the narrower exit used in the VLS

The vestax uses a neo hf whereas the celestion cabinet has the no longer available ferrite drivers

I couldn't tell you - I only have the one KR10 and I got it with the comp with slipped magnet so I've never heard it. Those tiny neos sound much better than i thought they would though.
