Hey,
We are having problems with getting our cut panels to match the 1850 plans and would love some feedback on where we are going wrong. The 1st question regards the 11 degree angle of the baffle board. Does anyone cut this mitre angle into the baffle at the side which joins the rear panel or do you leave it as a 90 degree flat edge? Secondly, the 3 panels joining the baffle board which snake down and attach to the rear panel about half way down. The issue is that we are cutting the panel lengths and mitre angles as shown on the plans but the final board falls short of the mark on the rear panel (which shows on the plans as being 378mm from the inside edge of the bottom 18mm panel) by roughly 40mm? All the angles seem to measure correct and the panels are the correct length but the last panel won't finish where the plans show. Is anyone else having problems like this and, if so, any help on adjusting the plans (or anyone's revised plans) would be much appreciated. Cheers |
