P.S,the Macro's are performing in sub-bass,bass and mid-bass only, useing Macro's in full range or mid-hights....is just a waste of time and power, also they perform in low impedance because they love to drop large amounts of current into the voice coils,so also running them in high impedance setup is just pointless,so before compareing amps learn first how to use them for the best of them,on the paper is written 20hz-20khz,on real world and on the scoope the numbers are different always Wink

Anyway, personally i use L-FET's amps for bass duty, not even the mighty 5000vz can keep up with my STR3000 in bridge because we're talking of 64 output devices here so yeah....not a big fan of any bipolar amplifiers, but i do admit when i see a good amp Clap like MacroTech series.

STR3000s were popular 13 years ago, until people realized, it was DC on the output eating drivers, not the power.

Bridged QSC 5050 does no such thing, and sounds even better.
