Preliminary tests of SMPS:

 

Every SMPS must be made individual, to adjust perfectly freq, for achieve resonance.

You can use most actual IGBT's because is soft switching at 65kHz, Respect power dissipation and collector amperage, use just 600Volts ones. Always replace IR2110, even SG3525. Check also base IGBT  seried diodes (to not be shorted or open circuit) and resistores parralel, too.

Replace burnt ceramic resistors with same type (thermal fusible resistors).

After done all that I wrote, do not connect any of power amplifiers modules to power supply (black, red and white wires) from SMPS board, and use instead main 10A fuse, one bulb of 220-240Vac and 100 Watts power. When powering up, it will light brighter and will dimm almost full after couple seconds. Id that is what happens, then measure minimum +/- 125Vcc pn SMPS board (wires black-red-black white), if ok, shut it down, leave 30 seconds for capacitors discharge then connect power wires to  power modules and turn on again. If bulb lights brighter and dimm it in seconds, looks you have been succeded! Thed adjust bias as described in service manual.
