A small spacer-washer behind the grills at each fixing screw should do the trick? Might only need 2 or 3 mm?

Cut list for 15mm ply:

Top & Bottom 4x 254mm wide, 298mm deep

Sides 4x 270mm high, 298mm deep

Back & Front 4 x 224mm wide, 270mm high

I've recently bought a calibrated mic and tuned these for the studio.

I've measured each speaker separately and EQ'd flat as possible.

Below is the averaged response of both the left + right speakers after EQ, with Psychoacoustic filtering applied:



Looks and sounds quite good.

But when I turn the mic to the centre and measure both speakers at the same time, it looks different to the averaged response of the seperate left and right channels post EQ.

Would this be due to comb filtering or should I be raising at 10,000 ?
