Hello
I was using one of those:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/100A-AC80-300V-digital-multifunctional-DIN-Rail-Voltage-Meter-Voltmeter-W-FKLK/263076286199?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

built into a weatherproof enclosure.

It got busted on last event, plugged into a dodgy generator.
It lights up, shows only zeros on displays.

Looking for something more reliable, able to deal with spikes/over/under volting  generators...
In the worst case may go into old school route with some 300V and 20A analog meters but that makes it bit fragile.

I don't know if there any good yet as still waiting for it to come but I have had 2 blow on me as seems to peak when switch altinator on but I have 2 Coming now from eBay were about £7 each but have a range of 200v - 500v and 50a volt meter and ameter. Hopefully should do the job as voltage is stable when it has a load on it just does not like being switched on :)
