Electrikal/Danley linkup at Boomtown Thurs eve....

did you move everything mid festival, or have 2 setups like that?

most the site regular venues are on multi venue contracts from large providers [cost effective], but yes im sure something special at the right price might squeeze through not really my thing to comment on just going by what im told by people i know as i tried to get lighting on. Seems a big chunk of who you know/what you do.

has to be said a lot of tech on the micro venues was shocking this year, heard/saw some shockingly deployed/engineered audio, and some even less inspiring lighting rigs.... Who wants a stage lit with blinding undimmed white pars?

But yes, the crews pulled the site together amazingly this year, against all odds! everyone was behind, getting hardware on site was a nightmare and rigging it even worse. Massive respect to those on the build, must have been so close to cancellation. I hope i don't have to que like that again, was a bit silly. Didn't help nobody on the ground seemed to actually know what was going on.

and toasty, sounded awesome on your linkup! only came down because you were rattling the crap out of my caravan in Trenchtown and was curious what was going on. Sounded great. Missed mayfair, didn't even make it to downtown tbh kept getting distracted. Was a lot of fun, love how everywhere you do theres familiar faces. Definitely a festival for festival people Clap

	Nope, we moved it. In fact, the majority of it was torn down, moved, and restacked within like two hours or so on the Sunday morning after the whole thing very nearly not happening. Don't mess with Scottish crew basically, monsters!
