Think Whitelight had a load of it (that was three or four years ago mind). Was actually the designers preferred choice of connector as he said it was better for the job of being left outside for the best part of a month and there was about 2km of it on the job spread around the site. I've used Soca outside loads of times and never had a problem with water ingress, usual culprit is the idiot that tapes a 16a vertically so the water just runs straight in through the cable hole....

Plenty of European companies still using it, due to ze Germans not liking soldered mains connectors. I've got a crimped socca end for showing to 'elf n saftey gnomes in German arenas, not met one yet that has asked me to open up one that I'm actually using...
