I'd guess it's large signal -additional losses in real world usage. But take that guess with grain of salt...
Nikon and Canon people should not be married to each other. Why did you let this happen?

When you wire two speakers into series, the Le and Re will change. The Le 2 and Re 2 listing is the end result of such a configuration.

I guess with 2 parallel speakers Rms symbolizing suspension loses must be bigger wich affects the electrical Re.
As part of a suspension is air that is common for both drivers.

L2 is an additional inductance most likely in parallel with R2 that better models the impedance behaviour of the driver at higher frequencies.
