What freq range for Fane 15xb's in my scoops?

Got Fane 15xbs in my scoops and unsure of what frequency to send to them get the most of out of them without going too high, i've got them at 36-100hz atm, should i go higher than 100 or lower? just starting out so any help is much appreciated :)

38-80 starting point for 15"xb in scoop 100hz too high for scoops.

It's now made them quieter, obviously, but why exactly is 100hz too high for scoops? I also have fanes in my folded horn subs what range would you recommend for them?

Because there's a dip ROUGHLY at the half wave of where the box is tuned to a quater wave. Roughly. So a 40hz box will see an 80hz dip and again at 160hz, but that's super high for a scoop.

If it sounds like a gorilla is trying to escape, turn it down.

I played my 15xb loaded eminence scoops from 40-75hz and they sounded great
Sound Hire/Sales new/used equipment.
