good choice of components?

   hi Speakerplans, 
Wondering if this would be a good choice of components? 

Fane soverign12-300 (i have some of these already)
P-audio SD-44BF on a celestion H1-9040 horn 

Thinking of making 4/8 dual purpose cabs for both mon wedges and FOH duties on smaller gigs (each on top of a dual 15 for low end) 

Components come to 91.46 (cheapest I've found) per cab + crossovers ect. 

What do people think of this combination?
