Im using the following to convert my Clay Paky Mini Scans, this is an area I know very very little around, but Ive had a lot of help over on the Blue Room from someone who has done this before, this may (or may not!) help you
For the LED im using https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/cob-leds/1712923/ and the following holder https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/led-reflectors/1241018/ (which saves soldering onto the COB) and then reusing an old desktop heatsink and fan https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HP-DC7700-SFF-Desktop-Cooling-Heatsink-Fan-435265-001-435063-001/171820492521 ;
