No idea at all Kevin,other than it does seem quite poorly made...2 ferrite magnets,and they aren't even lined up properly with each other, the upper magnet seems to overhang to the right,the lower to the left. Real quality item!

The style of the magnet and basket reminds me of Sica drivers, but it doesn't match any of their current range.

Odd driver. Magnet assembly looks as if it's designed for high excursion but the cone is curved and probably quite light.
