Don't see why not. Probably best to ask your neighbours for their opinion as well though. |

I am using a pair at home on top of a pair of cubo 15's, collecting 2 more hd 15's later in the week
Have had a complaint from someone 4 doors away though, that was just ticking over. |

Curious as to why we are using conical segments instead of one exponential or hyperbolic segment???
The cross sectional area does not increase linearly on the smooth curved version and on the 5 panel version, there are not enough segment inputs in horn resp From my drawing above, S1=580.56 S2=2599.3 Exp (or Hyp) = 62.17 (Can Modify T parameter with Hyp selected) (May change S2 to be larger as should be calculated normal to path centerline which was not done in the above drawing and should only be done [if im not mistaken] when flat side of horn is coupled with another HD or a boundary layer i.e solid surface) Still sims realatively close to the conical segments, but maybe this is more realistic (especially for the smooth curved version!) Thoughts?? Edited by DiscernAudio - 10 July 2013 at 10:40pm |
