Help required with MT121 delay settings

   Hi Guys.Hope that you all had a great Christmas and wishing you all a Happy and prosperous New year.
I have recently purchased some MT121s loaded with Eighteen Sound MB1000 and JBL 2450 drivers.The 2450 are mounted on JBL 2380 horns.I am using these with HD15s that are loaded with PD 156 drivers.
I am hoping to get the system set up in the New year using time alignment software,but am currently doing some soundchecks at home and would like to get a rough idea of  what the respective delay times of the compression driver on the 2380 horn and the 12'' should be.I would also be interested to know if anyone is using similar drivers in their MT121 and what crossover frequencies,slopes and filter type you are using for best results.
I will be using either a BSS 366 or 388 to process the signal.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
