I already had a pile of fane sb18's

So went with them after a little test

It did take some serious wadding in the rear chamber and using e45's to drive them to get it sounding the way I liked

Mine just as described as above had to run up to 180 to meet floodlights

Ah i see, so the wadding helped to clear up that upper end like 140hz+?

The wadding def changed the output
I wouldnt say I could say it effected the upper but def made a dif on tone/warmth and low notes

And once the boxes were wadded the sound was one I liked and a lot more apealing to me over the full freq range covered

Ok ran them today 50-250 tried out a bit on its own, sounds good tbh lol. It was also on a mc2 just a e15 so no war volumes,but sounded fine. Chambers are "wadded too.
